1. Bait and Switch...Beware!
The photo clearly shows OEM refills which is what I specifically wanted. Had I wanted "compatable" substitutes there were other sellers with better prices. I thought I was getting an OEM product at a very good price. Not true. What I received is definitely not what this company leads you to believe they are selling. Beware! This is becoming an increasingly common experience. I have very limited time so I'm not even sure it's worth the hassle of attempting to return it. This is disturbing.
